

Graveside services for Frances D. Flood, 80, of Temple will be held at 1:00 P.M. Friday September 8, 2017 at Hillcrest Cemetery with Rev. Brian Longley officiating. Mrs. Flood died Tuesday in a Georgetown Living Center. Mrs. Flood was born June 17, 1937 in Coryell County to Grover Benjamin Ebner and Leona Carabelle Wichman Ebner. She graduated from Taylor High School in 1955 and from Brackenridge School of Nursing in 1958. She married James Elwin Bull. He preceded her in death. She then married Nicholas A. Flood III in 1966. He preceded her in death in 1994. She lived in several towns before moving to Temple in the 1960’s. She worked for King’s Daughters Hospital and was a member of First United Methodist Church. Survivors include her son Nicholas Andrew Flood IV and his wife Stacie of Wichita Falls; her daughter Stacy Flood of Georgetown; stepdaughter Ann Hazen of Colorado; grandson Nicholas Andrew Flood V of Wichita Falls, granddaughter Ahsha Hazen of Colorado; brother Robert Ebner and his wife Pat of LaVernia. She was preceded in death by a step-son Michael Flood. Memorials may be made to the donor’s favorite charity. Scanio-Harper Funeral Home is in charge of arrangement
