A private family service was held at Bellwood Memorial Park on Tuesday, April 14, 2020. A memorial service will take place at a later date.
Jack served his country in the United States Army and worked as an electrician for the Texas and Pacific Railway later named the Missouri Pacific Railroad.
He is survived by his two sons, Delvin Sparks of Salado, TX and Gary Sparks of Richardson, TX, 4 grandchildren, and 8 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorials to the Central Texas Food Bank, 6500 Metropolis Dr. Austin, TX 78744 would be appreciated.
