Jacqueline 'Jacki' Morgan

Memorial services for Jacqueline "Jacki" Morgan, age 63 of Temple, will be held at 10:00 AM Saturday, November 20, 2010 at Scanio-Harper Funeral Home in Temple with Janice Sweet as guest speaker. Jacki went to be with her Lord on Monday November 15, 2010 in a local hospital. Jacki was born May 23, 1947 in Fort Dix, New Jersey to Chester & Cecile (Coet) Cottom. She traveled around the world being a daughter of an Army Officer. Her best days were spent in France as a young lady. Jacki moved to Temple in the early '70's and settled in Temple with her children. She worked as a shift leader at Mobil Chemical for many years and as a manager at many restaurants in Temple. She loved life, friends and family, especially her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and the Dallas Cowboys. Survivors include two sons, Ronnie Strutz and Tony Strutz; two daughters, Debbie Larson and Misty Morgan all of Temple; six grandchildren; three great-grandchildren and one great-grandchild on the way. Memorials may be made in Jacki's name to Temple Living Center Western Hills Assisted Living Activity Center, 512 Draper Drive, Temple, Texas 76504.
