Jesse Paredes

Funeral services for Jesse Paredes, 67, of Temple will be held at 2:00 P.M. Thursday January 28, 2016 at Bethel Assembly of God with Rev. Elwyn Johnston and Rev. Rick Lasly officiating. Burial will be in Hillcrest Cemetery. Mr. Paredes died Tuesday in a Temple Hospital. Mr. Paredes was born in Belton to Francisco Paredes and Juanita Estrada Paredes. He graduated from Belton High School and attended Central Texas College. He served in the U.S. Air Force. He married Isabelle Paredes January 23, 1988. He worked for the V.A. Hospital as an Information Technology Specialists as an Application Trainer and Specialists. He lived in the Temple Belton area all of his life and was a member of Bethel Assembly of God. Survivors include his wife Isabelle Paredes of Temple; his son Joe Ayala of Dallas; two brothers Paul Paredes and John Paredes; three sisters Rosie Soto, Frances Paredes and Josephine Paredes and many nieces and nephews, who loved him dearly. In lieu of flowers a memorial may be given to the American Diabetes Association. www.diabetes.org. Visitation will be from 12:30 P.M. to 2:00 P.M. Thursday at Bethel Assembly of God.
