John Wayne Waters, Jr., 55, of Temple died Thursday October 11, 2012 in Temple. Memorial services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, October 22, 2012 at Miller Park in Temple. Private burial will be at a later date. Survivors include his wife; two sons; two sisters; three brothers.
