Mrs. Murphy died Sunday in a Temple Living Center.
Mrs. Murphy was born June 17, 1939 in Franklin, Massachusetts to Albert Dube and Laura Lake Dube. She married John Joseph Murphy, Jr. in 1984. He preceded her in death in March, 2009. She was a homemaker and was a member of the Red Hatters Club. She moved to Temple, from Auburn, Massachusetts five years ago.
Mrs. Murphy was preceded in death by one sister Anita Dube.
Survivors include one daughter Cheryl Ann Nelson of Temple; five sons Leon Eugene Morgeau III of Wilsonville, Oregon, Kevin Pillip Mongeau of Levittown, PA., Brett Lynn Mongeau of Temple, David Albert Mongeau of Temple and Patrick Scott Mongeau of Bellefonte, PA.; one brother David Dube; three sisters Helen Dube, Claudette Dominie and Ethel Fleming; eighteen grandchildren and twenty great grandchildren.
Scanio-Harper Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
