Karen Kotara Heath

Karen Kotara Heath, 42, of Temple died Sunday June 23, 2013 at her home. Memorial services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday June 29, 2013 at Heights Baptist Church with Rev. Billy Koinm officiating. Burial will be private. Karen was born August 8, 1970 in Brownsville, Texas. She was a graduate of Los Fresnos High School in 1988 and attended Texas Southmost College in Brownsville, Texas. She married Clifton William Heath April 2, 1996 in Dallas, Texas. Survivors include her husband Clifton William Heath of Temple; two daughters, Jacquelyn Heath and Loren Heath both of Temple; one son Kevin Heath of Temple; her father, Kenneth Kotara, Sr. of San Antonio; two sisters, Kimberly Kotara and Kristen Kotara both of San Antonio; brother, Kenneth Kotara, Jr. of San Antonio; paternal grandparents, Julien and Barbara Kotara of Seguin, Texas; nieces and nephews of San Antonio and several uncles and aunts. She was preceded in death by her mother Kathleen James Kotara and her maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. James. Memorials may be made to one's favorite charity.
