Kenneth Allen Jackson, age 65, of Temple, passed away on Tuesday, June 13, 2017 at a local care center. He was born on March 15, 1952 in Wynnewood, OK the son of Oniel and Nell Jackson. A visitation will be held on Thursday, June 15, 2017 from 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM with The Rosary being recited at 7:00 PM. A mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Friday, June 16, 2017 at 10:00 AM at St. Mary’s Catholic Church 1018 South 7th St. Temple, Texas 76504 followed by a burial at Moffat Cemetery. Kenneth served his country in the United States Army, was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Temple, and the Temple American Legion. He retired after many years as a sales manager with Darr Equipment. Kenneth is survived by his wife Carmen of Temple, children TJ Cruz of Temple, Jim Cruz of Temple, Natalie Caballero of Dallas, and Kenneth Jackson, Jr. of Mobile, AL, 16 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, his parents Oniel and Nell Jackson of Ada, OK and grandmother Lois Millard of Ada, OK. www.scanioharperfuneralhome.com
