Graveside services for Lenard Burleson Holladay, 73, of Temple will be held at 10:00 A.M. Friday at Bellwood Memorial Park with Rev. Roy Parker officiating. Mr. Holladay died Monday Sept. 21, 2009 in a Temple hospital. Mr. Holladay was born June 16, 1936 in Floydada to Burleson Holladay and Alla Faye Gravette Holladay. He married Lavelle Whitefield in 1955. She preceded him in death in 1991. He lived in Ralls before moving to Temple in 1972. He was an automotive mechanic for Paul Boyd Ford and Tranum Buick in Temple. He had attended Troy United Methodist Church. Survivors include three sons Mark Holladay, James Holladay and Brian Holladay all of Temple and eight grandchildren. Visitation will be from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. Thursday at Scanio Harper Funeral Home.
