Louis E. Palomino

Mr. Palomino was born July 13, 1925 in Temple to Trinidad Palomino and Concepcion Estrada Palomino. 

He is survived by his loving wife of 73 years, Mary Hernandez Palomino; daughters Yolanda Palomino, Olga P. Rendon and her husband Raymond Jr.; sons Oscar Palomino and his wife Mary, Guadalupe H. Palomino and his wife Terri and Albert H. Palomino and his wife Rosie.  His legacy will live on through twelve grandkids, thirty four great grandkids and five great great grandkids.  Louis is also survived by his sisters Alice Reza and Dolores Terraza and by his brothers, Joe Palomino, Trinidad Palomino, Johnny Palomino and Mike Palomino. 

Mr. Palomino was preceded in death by his parents and his siblings Julio, Enrique and Everado Palomino, Aurora Nieto, Concepcion Castillo and Maria Palomino.

Mr. Palomino had a long and successful work history including working for Klecka’s Drug Store, Gibson’s Discount Center and finally retiring from Sears.

Memorials may be made to Baylor Scott & White Hospital for Alzheimer’s Research.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 2:00 P.M. Friday at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church with Father Tom Chamberlain officiating.  Burial will follow at Bellwood Memorial Park.  A visitation will begin at 6:00 P.M. with Rosary being recited at 7:00 P.M. Thursday at Scanio-Harper Funeral Home.
