Mrs. Sirny died Wednesday in a Temple hospital.
Mrs. Sirny was born July 8, 1924 in Orange to Oscar B. Osment and Julia Mae Sallis Osment. She graduated from Lott High School. She married Merdean “Buster” Young. He preceded her in death in 1967. She then married Louis Sirny. He preceded her in death in 1995. She lived in the Temple area most of her life. She worked in the Insurance Department at Scott and White Hospital and was a member of Oak Park United Methodist Church.
Survivors include her daughter Patricia Watkins of Temple and two grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM Friday at Scanio-Harper Funeral Home.
