

Lula Mae Ridlehuber, 88, of Round Rock formerly of Temple died Wednesday November 5, 2008 in a Round Rock hospital. Memorial services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday November 7, 2008 at First United Methodist Church of Temple with Rev. Hubert Austin, Rev. Tom Robbins, and Rev. John Clifford officiating. Burial will be private. Mrs. Ridlehuber was born February 20, 1920 in Godley, Texas to Starling A. and Lodie Foster Sifford. She was a graduate of Weatherford College in Weatherford, Texas. She married Jim M. Ridlehuber on June 13, 1943 in Hermleigh, Texas. She had worked in retail sales for many years. She was a former member of First United Methodist Church of Temple and the Dawson Sunday School Class. She was a member of the United Methodist Women, American Legion Auxiliary, and Tanglefoot FCA Club. Mrs. Ridlehuber had delivered meals on wheels and did tax counseling with AARP for the elderly. Survivors include her husband, Jim M. Ridlehuber of Round Rock; two daughters, Linda Boyle of San Antonio and Sue Ridlehuber of Round Rock; three grandchildren, Sheri Andrews, Chris Andrews, and Elizabeth Contreras; two great-grandchildren, Patrice Boyle and Luke Contreras.
