Marilyn J. Baker, age 73 of Troy, died Monday, November 5, 2012 in a local nursing center. Burial will be held at a later date in Monticello, Illinois. Mrs. Baker was born December 10, 1938 in Flora, Illinois to Emery and Inez (Bailey) Callison. She was reared and educated in Monticello. She has been a resident of Troy since 1977. She was a member of Grace Community International Church. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Vernon Baker. Survivors include her son, Brian Baker and wife, Rachael Martinez-Baker, two grandchildren, Sophia and Vivian Baker all of Hewitt and a sister, Deanie Arnold and husband, David of Bloomington, Illinois.
