Mary Carney Bischoff, age 67, of Temple died Friday, July 6, 2007 in a Temple hospital. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, July 21, at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Temple with Pastor Brian Bibler officiating. Burial will be private. Ms. Bischoff was born August 31, 1939 in Saint Cloud, Minnesota to Georgia and Joseph Leo Lavery. She worked for Wisconsin Power & Light in Madison, Wisconsin for 25 years. Additionally, she obtained her real estate license and held numerous certifications in the health insurance industry. Survivors include one daughter, Ann Oermann of Waco, one son, Jan Sweet of Wisconsin, one sister, Lorna Perillo of Wisconsin and two grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Lung Association (www.lungusa.org) or Immanuel Lutheran Church Back Pack Buddies Fund.
