I am so sad to hear this. She was my 2nd cousin as well. She was one of my mother's favorite cousins. I always enjoyed going to cousins' lunch whenever I went home to Texas. Libby always made me laugh. She was a happy person and always busy. I will miss her. 😍

To all of you my heart goes out. Libby was like a mom to me when I needed someone the most. She loves me for who I was and always was honest with me. I will miss her but, I know our GOD has her in Paradise with Pa. I Love you all Gay.

Libby has always been in our thoughts since we met in Sunday School Class about 4 years ago. That's when our friendship began. There she was standing in the front behind the podium in her Go-Go boots. It fit her style just fine and made us smile. She always encouraged us and expressed her love for Jesus at the same time. We knew where she stood and she hoped the same for us. Libby, I can only image all the friends you have in Heaven. What a celebration that is. We will miss you, but will see you. Jesus said it's so. God's continued blessings. James and Diana Cecil.
