Mary Coyne

Mrs. Coyne was born in Temple to Lee Roy Gilley and Maudie Christine Messer Gilley. She lived in the Temple area all of her life and married Terry Michael Coyne November 3, 1962 at Grace Presbyterian Church. She graduated from Temple High School, and graduated from Temple Junior College with a Drafting Degree and also held a Casualty Insurance License. She had worked at Scott and White Hospital, Triple D Tack and Western Wear, Casey's Furniture, Dean Baird Insurance, Mineral Wool Insulation, American Printing and the Cultural Activities Center. She was a member of the Cactus Lions Club of Abilene, Police Officer Support Team of Morgans Point and Order of DOES Lodge #139, affiliated with Temple ELKS Lodge. Survivors include her husband Terry Coyne of Temple, two daughters Terri Coyne Cason and her husband Scott of San Marcos and Christy Coyne Hood and her husband Paul of Belton, one son Michael Coyne and his wife Lori of Madison, Alabama and one sister Dean Baird of Abilene and three grandchildren, Mason Hood and Megan Hood of Belton and Kaylee Coyne of Madison, Alabama.
