Mary K. Ficklin, 91, of Belton died Wednesday in a Belton Living Center. No services are planned at this time. Mrs. Ficklin was born Nov. 9, 1921 in Red House, Kentucky to Mathew Richardson and Alice Engle Richardson. She lived in Clarksville, Indiana most of her life and moved to Belton in 2012. She married Chester Ortis Ficklin in 1940. He preceded her in death. She worked for Kennedy Carliner in Shelbyville, Indiana for over 30 years. Survivors include three daughters Samantha Hogan of Temple, Helen Benoit of Louisiana and Clara Harding of Indiana; one son Charles Ficklin of Indiana; three brothers Troy Richardson, Beecham Richardson and Herby Richrdson all of Ohio; one sister Wanda Miller of New York; thirteen grandchildren, sixteen great grandchildren and one great great grandchild. Scanio-Harper Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
