Funeral services for Mary Nita Sloan, 98, of Temple will be held at 1:00 P.M. Friday at Scanio-Harper Funeral Home with Loyd Hall officiating. Burial will be in Liberty Community Cemetery near Milano.
Mrs. Sloan died Monday in a Temple Living Center.
Mrs. Sloan was born August 25, 1920 in the Liberty Community to Ola Swift and Ella Reese Swift. She married Robert “Bob” Sloan. She lived in Temple most of her life. She was a member of Avenue T Church of Christ and worked as a secretary at the Bell County Health Department.
Survivors include one son Robert Michael Sloan of Temple and several nieces and nephews.
