Graveside services for Mary Elizabeth Stone, 75, of Belton will be held at 10:00 A.M. Friday at Moffat Cemetery with Rev. Carl Love officiating. Mrs. Stone died Tuesday in an Elgin Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Mrs. Stone was born in Olton on August 17, 1936 to Marion Chess Gooch and Edna Pearl Daugherty Gooch. She lived in Lubbock before moving to Belton in 1986. She married Roy Lee Stone. He preceded her in death Jan. 17, 2004. She was Vice President of R.L. Stone Construction Company in Lubbock and Temple and was an associate with J.C. Penney in Temple. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Moffat. Mrs. Stone was also preceded in death by one daughter, Diane Sue Stone in 1980. Survivors include three daughters Zeniata (Jody) Fulton and husband, John Bradford Fulton of Belton, Kay Postell and husband, Fred Lee Postell of Post and Rhonda R.
