Meagan Lia Passmore

Funeral services for Meagan Lia Passmore, 19, of Temple will be held at 10:30 A.M. Friday at Memorial Baptist Church with Rev. Brent Boatwright, Rev. Ridge Adams and Rev. Robert Copeland officiating. Burial will be in Rogers Cemetery. Ms. Passmore died Monday in Temple. Ms. Passmore was born in Houston to Will Passmore and Paula Lester Passmore. She lived in Houston and Rogers before moving to Temple. She graduated from Rogers High, with Honors, in 2012. She attended University of Mary Hardin Baylor, where she was on the Dean's List, and was currently a sophomore at Temple College. She also worked at Texas State Child Care where she cared for 2 and 3 year old children. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Academy. Survivors include her parents Rev. Will and Paula Passmore of Temple; two brothers Justin M. Passmore of Carrollton and Jordan K. Lang of Temple; two sisters Morgan A. Lang and Kaylah R. Taylor both of Temple; grandparents Sharon F. Lester of Houston, Richard and Amelia Lester of Dallas, D.M. and Kenneta Passmore of Rogers and Willard and Mary Helen Manuel of Texas; great grandparents Mary E. Sartwell of Rogers and Jeanie Freeman of Tennessee. Visitation will be from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. Thursday at Scanio-Harper Funeral Home.
