
Funeral services for Nell Robinson Wagoner, 91, of Temple will be held at 11:00 A.M. Monday August 21, 2006 at St. Mary Catholic Church with Father Ranjan Cletus officiating. Burial will be in Bellwood Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. Sunday at Scanio Harper Funeral Home with Rosary being recited at 7:00 P.M. Mrs. Wagoner died Thursday at a Temple Living Center. Mrs. Wagoner was born in Temple to Harry Robinson and Minnie Tompkins Robinson. She was a life long resident of Temple. She married William Maxie Wagoner in December, 1934. She attended Temple Junior College and was a Certified Dental Assistant at the V.A. Hospital for twenty six years. She was an Administrative Volunteer for the American Red Cross and was formerly a member of Christ Episcopal Church, where she served on the Altar Society. She was presently a member of St. Mary Catholic Church. She was preceded in death by her husband January 13, 1956, by a daughter Patricia Maxine Wagoner, by two sisters Agnes Robinson Smith in 1952 and Dollie Robinson Peacock in 1997. Survivors include her daughter Betty Rose Wagoner of Temple and a stepson William Maxie Jarrell of Williams, Oregon; five grandchildren Cynthia Mays of Temple, Jennifer Mays Wright of Heavener, Oklahoma, Grady Harper Mays of Stilwell, Oklahoma, Anne Camille Mays of Albuquerque, New Mexico and Farrell Mays Fernandez of Albuquerque, New Mexico and nine great grandchildren, brother-in-law Royce Peacock of Troup, two nieces Athidean Johnson of Yucca Valley, California and Nancy Hatton Sideris of Warsaw, Indiana. .
