Patrick Lyle Crowe

Memorial services for Patrick Lyle Crowe, 70, of Temple will be held at 2:00 P.M. Saturday January 29, 2011 at Scanio-Harper Funeral Home. Mr. Crowe died Thursday in a Temple hospital. Mr. Crowe was born July 20, 1940 in Richmond, California to Wayne Crowe and Viola Zecker Crowe. He served in the Coast Guard. He married LouAnn Stephenson August 5, 1972. He moved to Temple from California 7 years ago. He was a roofing contractor and was an Alpacha breeder. He was a member of the State of Texas Alpacha Ranchers, Alpacha Breeders Association, Alpacha Registry and the Texas Oklahoma Louisiana Arkansas and New Mexico Alpacha Breedeers Association. Mr. Crowe was preceded in death by two sons Bryan Crowe and Kerry Crowe. Survivors include his wife LouAnn Crowe of Temple; two sons Jason Crowe and Kelly Crowe both of California; three daughters Torie David of California, Kristin Justis of New Jersey and Melissa Crowe of Temple; one sister Lorna Crawford of California and eight grandchildren. Scanio-Harper Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
