
Mass of Christian Burial for Randy Lee Underwood, 51, of Temple will be held at 10:00 A.M. Saturday September 2, 2017 at St. Mary Catholic Church with Father Steven Saucer officiating. Burial will be in Rogers Cemetery. Mr. Underwood died Wednesday at his residence. Mr. Underwood was born May 11, 1966 in Waurika, Oklahoma to Bill Underwood and Charlene Pierce Underwood. He served in the U.S. Army. He married Mary Jane Quintero December 11, 1993. He lived in Rogers and Lubbock before moving to Temple in 2005. He worked as a jailer for Bell County, at Wilson Art and at Buffalo Wild Wings and several other area restaurants. He also played Blue Grass Music. He was a member of St. Matthew Catholic Church in Rogers. Mr. Underwood was preceded in death by two sons Jonathan and Joshua Underwood one daughter Allison Underwood, one sister Cindy Gluckowski his parents Bill and Charlene Underwood; his grandparents John Henry Underwood and Nina Dillon Underwood and Charles Pierce and Effie Pierce. Survivors include his wife Mary Jane Underwood of Temple; his daughter Jaylee Grace Underwood of Temple; four brothers Daryl Underwood and Alan Underwood both of Davidson, Oklahoma, Richard Underwood and Billy Underwood both of Fredrick, Oklahoma; two sisters Christy Sebastian of Frederick, Oklahoma and Charla Underwood of Wichita Falls, nieces Brianna Beltran of Rogers, Courtney Quintero of Temple, Jessica Howard of Lubbock, Hillary Howard of Lubbock and Candace Johnson of Lubbock; nephews Riggan Rendon of Rogers, Cameron Knuckles of Wichita Falls and Blake Howard of Lubbock; great nephews Eli Beltran of Rogers and Juan Antonio Beltran of Rogers. Visitation will be at 6:00 P.M. Friday with Rosary at 7:00 P.M. at Scanio-Harper Funeral Home.
