Robert "Bob" McGaughey

Robert (Bob) McGaughey, 64, of Temple died Thursday in a local hospital. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Monday, September 24, 2007 at the Scanio-Harper Funeral Home with Rev. Gary Desalvo officiating. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Sunday from 5-7 p.m. at the funeral home. Mr. McGaughey was born in Harrison, Arkansas. He was the Engineering Director for C&H Die Casting where he was employed for 19 years. Survivors include his wife, Jean McGaughey of Temple; four sons, John McGaughey of Wichita, Kansas, David McGaughey and wife Kristen of Mountain Home, Arkansas, Allen Roberts and wife Victoria of Temple, and Eugene Jagers of Antlers, Ok.; two daughters, Marla Jenkins and husband Rick of Irving, Texas and Denese Quinn and husband Michael of Tushka, Ok.; Mother and step father, Mary and W.A. Gaylor of Harrison, Arkansas; two sisters, Ann McGuire and husband Bennie of Tulsa, Ok. and Jane Wilson and husband Joe of Harrison, Arkansas; brother, Auther McGaughey and wife Becky of Springdale, Arkansas; 16 grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father Vernon McGaughey and a daughter Sherry McGaughey.
