Robert “Rob” Lewis Jones, Jr., age 44, of Temple, Texas formerly of Butte Montana, passed away on Saturday, October 24, 2021 at his home in Temple. He was born on January 24, 1977 in Missoula, Montana.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 30, 2021 at 2:00pm at Crawford Bowers Funeral Home, 3220 S. 31st St. Temple, Texas 76504.
Rob served his country in the United States Navy, earned his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Montana, and his Masters in Clinical Social Work from Walla Walla University, and went to work for the Hud-Vash Program for the Veteran’s Administration in Temple, Texas.
He is survived by his wife Aili Jones of Temple, children, Serena Riley of Temple, TX and Butte, Angelina Jones of Temple, and Vincent Jones of Temple, TX, a brother Kevin Jones and wife Jean of Evans, GA, Eleana McGree and husband Nick of Butte, MT, his father Bob Jones and wife Erja of Thousand Oaks, CA, and his grandma Marie Russell of Butte, MT. He is also survived by his niece and nephew Ethan and Neveah Jones of Evans, GA and a niece Eva McGree of Butte, MT.
In lieu of flowers memorials for the college fund for Serena, Angelina and Vincent would be appreciated.
