Ruth Schuetze

Ruth Schuetze, age 81, of Temple died Saturday, November 13, 2010 at her residence. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 AM Tuesday, November 16 at St. Mary's Catholic Church with Monsignor Elmer Holtman as celebrant. Burial will follow at Bellwood Memorial Park. Visitation will be 6:00 - 8:00 PM Monday with Rosary at 7:00 PM at Scanio-Harper Funeral Home. Mrs. Schuetze was born on August 30, 1929 in Temple to Henry and Irene (Witcher) Beck. She married Clarence Schuetze on August 16, 1950. She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church. She was preceded in death by her parents and one son, Dale Schuetze who died in 1979, two brothers, Harold Beck and Curtis Beck and one sister, Lillian Beck. Survivors include her husband of 60 years, Clarence Schuetze, one son, Don Schuetze and wife, Theresa and three daughters, Kathy Theriault, Pam Moore and husband, Richard, Donna Wright and husband, Steve all of Temple, 11 grandchildren, Michael Urbantke, Kristy Allen, Matthew Schuetze, Jarrod Moore, Amanda Pratt, Chance Louis, Timothy Louis, Steven Wright, Brian Wright, Hilarie Ramos and Jason Schuetze, 16 great-grandchildren and one great great-grandson. Also surviving are two brothers, Otis Beck of Little River, Doug Beck and wife, Aileen of Temple and one sister, Nell Thomas of Killeen. Pallbearers are Timothy Louis, Chance Louis, Michael Urbantke, John Allen, Matthew Schuetze, Patrick Pratt, Carl Thomas, Kevin Beck, Steven Wright and Brian Wright.
