Funeral services for Theresa Denise "Eaton" Shelton, 43, of Troy will be held at 2:00 P.M. Friday at 3C Cowboy Fellowship in Salado with Rev. Robert Whitefield officiating. Mrs. Shelton died Monday in Troy. Mrs. Shelton was born May 10, 1972 in Austin to Bob Eaton and Connie Farrell Eaton. She lived in Bell County all of her life and graduated from Troy High School. She married Charles Shelton Feb. 14, 2013. She was a homemaker and worked for the Texas Department of Criminal Justice in Marlin and Gatesville. She attended 3C Cowboy Fellowship. Mrs. Shelton was preceded in death by her father Bob Eaton Aug. 29, 2014 and by one son Garrett Eaton May 27, 2015. Survivors include her husband Charles Shelton of Troy; two sons Wyatt Coker and Logan Eaton both of Troy; two brothers Brad Eaton of Belton and Joey Eaton of Oklahoma; one sister Tina Eaton of Austin and parents Jim and Connie Howell of Troy. Visitation will be from 6:00 P.M. to 7:30 P.M. Thursday at Scanio-Harper Funeral Home.
