Funeral services for William E. Ball, 79, of Temple will be held at 11:00 A.M. Friday March 13, 2015 at Grace Presbyterian Church with Rev. Thom Lamb officiating. Burial will be in Bellwood Memorial Park, with Masonic Rites. Mr. Ball died Monday at his residence. Mr. Ball was born July 7, 1935, in Indiana to Robert and Martha Wilson Ball. He served in the U.S. Navy. He married Dorothy Swannack February 2, 1960. He moved from St. Louis to Temple in 1974. He owned and operated B's Pest Control. He was a member of Grace Presbyterian Church and was Past Master of King Solomon and Zerne Masonic Lodges. Survivors include his wife Dorothy Ball of Temple, one son Kevin Ball of Belton; one daughter Dana Ball of Anchorage, Alaska and one sister Mary Wideman of St. Louis. Memorials may made to American Diabetes Association. Visitation will be from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. Thursday at Scanio-Harper Funeral Home.
