Aidan Michael Inteso, 18, of Toms River, NJ passed away suddenly from complications related to undiagnosed Cardiomegaly at Einstein Medical Center, East Norriton, PA. Aidan was born and raised in Toms River, NJ and graduated from Toms River East High School in 2020. Aidan was a first year student at Ursinus College in Collegeville PA, where he was the recipient of the Abele Scholars Scholarship and the Gateway Academic Scholarship. He was excited to begin his Ursinus College career and expressed an interest in working in our national parks. Because of his passion for data science and analytics, Aidan was exploring business and environmental studies at Ursinus. During his high school hockey career Aidan was a 4 year varsity defenseman, Assistant Captain as a junior, and Captain as a senior. He was the 2018-19 “Warrior Award” recipient and the 2019-20 “Student Athlete” award recipient. He was a member of the TRE Lacrosse Team and helped coach the game to young kids including his brother Nathan. Aidan also played travel hockey with the Toms River Blackhawks for over 10 seasons. Always a leader, Aidan wore the “C” for many years, including his final seasons as a Midget Major. Aidan enjoyed making his own “A-Bomb” brand hot sauce, watching F1 Racing, UFC Fights, the Giants, Devils, Yankees, and hosting endless sleepovers at his mom’s house with his “Crew”. He enjoyed being outdoors and especially enjoyed surf fishing, hunting, canoeing, hiking at his step-mother’s family cabin in PA, and playing disc golf. He watched countless sunsets with his mom in Island Heights. He learned to work on and modify cars with his Dad and Uncle Carm, and loved his recently purchased ‘95 Mustang. Most importantly Aidan loved spending time with his family and all of his friends, especially his younger brother Nathan, who considered Aidan his best friend and mentor. Aidan loved not only playing Legos, Nerf guns, Pokemon cards, and so on with Nathan, but passing along his collections to him. Despite their almost 10 yr age difference, they shared never ending discussions about rockets, space, airplanes, supercars, F1 racing, military history, etc, etc. Aidan always helped out at the family business, Cherry Lane Child Care and this past summer Aidan interned with Morgan Engineering in Island Heights NJ. There he learned and performed civil engineering and surveying duties. Aidan was predeceased by his grandfathers, Carmine Inteso and John Revoir and his two uncles Dean Revoir and Christopher Revoir. Surviving are Aidan’s loving parents, his mother Cheri Revoir, his father and step-mother, Michael Inteso and April Shinn-Inteso, and his adoring little brother Nathan. Also surviving are his Maternal Grandmother Barbara Revoir and Paternal Grandmother Rosemarie Inteso, his Maternal step grandparents, Kyaw and Natasha Shinn, his loving Aunts and Uncles, Carmine and Autumn Inteso, Alicia Cicio, Angela and Michael Santoro, David and Jennifer Revoir, Diana Revoir, Paul and Angelee Shinn, his cousins, Johnny, Laureena, Samantha, Angelina, Thomas, Nicholas, Dylan, Tyler, Kitana, Cali, Carmine, Renee, Jordan, Christian, Serafina and Annie. Cheri, my dearest friend, I am so thankful for all of the wonderful memories our families have shared together. I have many great memories but one of my favorites was the time when The Tent kept collapsing on Aidan, Parker and Cole. They kept making fun of us because we couldn’t get it set up correctly. However, Dean was there to save the day! I loved watching Aidan grow up over the years! You and Mike were the best parents. He was the perfect blend of you both. I am so very sorry. I will always be here for you. I love you. Lisa

Aidan,

I’m at a loss for words. The pain we all feel is indescribable, can’t believe you’re gone.
You were the brother me and Parker always wanted. There was never a dull moment with you. Always being upbeat and goofy making all of us laugh. One of my fondest memories was when the 3 of us and Aunt Cheri were in your room playing mad libs. I dont think I ever laughed so hard in my life, when your mom read off what we put down. All the memories I had with you were happy and positive, and I’ll always cherish that. I will always remember you for being the most energetic, happy, kind, loving person I’ve ever known. I’m so glad I had the chance to share a childhood with you. Even though we didn’t see each other too much the past couple years, when I came down this year it was as if we were kids again. I’m so glad I got to spend time with you this summer. Surf fishing was the best and hanging out like we used to back in the day.
Love you bro!
Cole

We grieve for Aidan Inteso who left the world so suddenly.
We are at a loss for words to express our sorrow to the loving grandparents Aunty Natasha and Uncle Kyaw Shinn. We also convey our deepest condolences to his parents and the grieving family.
"The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want. He maketh me lie down in green pastures; he leadeth me besides the still waters. He restoreth my soul: He guides me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake. Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death I will fear no evil: for thou art with me: thy rod and thy staff they comfort me." Psalm 23
The entire congregation would like to honor Aidan's life with a contribution to his memorial scholarship so he may continue to share his love and compassion to help others. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all. God bless you Aidan.

I worked for Aidans mom Cheri at Cherry Lane! My greatest memory of him is when he would bring his dog Frankie on the playground and run around with him! He would run and play and all the kids would run after him and laugh, especially the girls who all thought Aidan was cute ! He definitely was Adorable!!! He would also come to the classroom, peak in and smile and ask if we needed any supplies!! Heaven has gained the most perfect Angel !!! You will be missed by so many 🌈

One of my favorite memories of Aidan was from when he was two or three years old and we had the fire pit going at his Grandparents house. I remember that cute, little, energetic boy who was running circles around the fire, all the while singing Johnny Cash’s, Ring of Fire. That little stinker knew every word.❤️
