Allen loved telling stories about his life and Navy days especially to his grandchildren who he adored. He served in the Navy from 1957 to 1960. Allen worked for Citibank for many years and retired from The Office Of Thrift Supervision.
Allen was predeceased by his parents David and Shirley Ralph. Surviving are his loving wife of 40 years Andrea ( Pietrangelo), his daughter Jeanine Lanfranco and her husband Alex, son William Mosiello and his wife Kim; grandchildren (the light of his life); Adrianna Lanfranco, Michael Lanfranco and Olivia Mosiello. Also surviving are his brother Steve Ralph and sister Adrienne Hornstein.
At his request, funeral arrangements were private. Memorial contributions can be made to St. Jude Children Research Hospital.
