Anthony P. Matturro

Anthony P. Matturro, 55, of Toms River, NJ passed away on Monday June 27, 2016, at his home, surrounded by his loving family. Born and raised in Corona, NY, Anthony lived in South Brunswick, NJ for almost 20 years before moving to Toms River three years ago. He worked as a utility coordinator for AFTM Consulting Co.

Anthony was predeceased by his parents Anthony F. and Bridget Matturro. He is survived by his daughter, Nicole Matturro; his son, Anthony J. Matturro; his sister, Deborah Benanti and her husband Jim; his brother, Peter Matturro and his wife Mary; his girlfriend, Allison Trovato; his former spouse and mother of his children, Tina Matturro; two nieces, Elizabeth Forte and her husband Nick and Laura Matturro; his nephew, David Matturro; two great nieces, Emily and Lauren Forte.

Visiting hours are Thursday, June 30, 2016 from 4 to 8 PM at Quinn-Hopping Funeral Home 26 Mule Road, Toms River, NJ 08755. A funeral service will be held at 7:30 PM. Cremation will be private. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Anthony’s memory to Ocean of Love, 1709 Rt. 37 Toms River, NJ 08753. Ocean of Love is a local non-profit organization that assists family’s who live in Ocean County New Jersey who have children diagnosed with cancer. www.oceanoflove.org
