

Carol Ann Armstrong, born on March 6, 1962, in Irvington, New Jersey, passed away on November 13, 2025, at the age of 63. A resident of Toms River, New Jersey, Carol was a kind-hearted, honest, brave, beloved, and compassionate individual whose presence touched the lives of many. She worked for Young and Young Esq. in Bloomfield for 20 years then worked as a violations clerk for the Township of Manalapan for 22 years.
Carol grew up in Belleville, New Jersey, before moving to Fort Lauderdale, Florida. In 1986, she married her husband Chris, with whom she shared 40 wonderful years of marriage.
Carol had a passion for traveling, often visiting places like Las Vegas, Myrtle Beach, and Colorado to connect with friends. She was an avid Denver Broncos football fan and had a deep love for dogs. Carol enjoyed working out at the gym and cherished evenings out to dinner with friends, where she served as the Dinner Club President.
Her caring and compassionate nature was evident as she bravely fought a brilliant battle with pancreatic cancer. Carol's legacy is one of courage and love, and she will be remembered for her warmth and strength.
The family would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to everyone for their support and prayers over the past eight months. Carol will be missed by all who knew her, leaving behind a beautiful story.
Carol was predeceased by her father, Richard Meholsky, her aunt Dee, her aunt Betty, her uncle George, her grandparents and her beloved dog Jake. Surviving is her loving husband Chris, her mother Anna Meholsky and her uncle Bob.
A Celebration of Carol's Life will be held on Saturday, December 13, 2025 from 11 am to 3 pm a the Quinn-Hopping Funeral Home, 26 Mule Rd., Toms River, NJ. A Repast to follow.
