Concetta Musacchia

Joseph P. Musacchia, 87, of Holiday City South in Berkeley Township, NJ, passed away on Thursday July 16, 2015 at Community Medical Center, Toms River. Born in Brooklyn, NY, Joe was a lifelong resident there until moving to Berkeley Township 25 years ago. Joe was a veteran of the US Army having attained the rank of Private First Class during the Korean War. He retired as an assembly plant manager at JB Slattery Co. He was a communicant of St. Maximilian Kolbe RC Church and also a member of the Holiday City South Pool Club.

Joe is survived by his loving wife of 67 years Concetta Vasta Musacchia; two sons, Joseph and his wife Lorin of Center Valley, PA and Frank of Red Bank, NJ; also by four grandchildren, John, Michael, Kristie and Danielle.

Visiting hours will be held on Tuesday July 21, 2015 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at Quinn-Hopping Funeral Home 26 Mule Road Toms River, NJ 08755. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday July 22, 2015 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Maximilian Kolbe RC Church Toms River, NJ. Burial will follow at Brigadier General William C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Wrightstown, NJ.
