

Eleanor Schiraldi, 87, passed away on June 10, 2026. She was born on March 30, 1939, and was raised in Brooklyn, NY, the daughter of the late Carmine and Mary Imbriale. In later years, she resided in Toms River, New Jersey.
After raising her family, Eleanor took a job as a Bookkeeper at David Warren in Manhattan, NY. Her hard work and reliability were hallmarks of her life, and she carried the same conscientious spirit into everything she undertook, whether at work or at home.
Eleanor loved cooking and cleaning, and her daily routines often included trips to ShopRite and Aldi, along with preparing meals for various neighborhood friends. She also enjoyed going to the community pool. Above all, she treasured spending time with her family, offering them a steady presence, a caring heart, and a love that was felt in countless practical, gracious ways.
Eleanor was married to the love of her life, Joseph, who predeceased her in 2005. She is survived by her three sons: Joseph, Frank, Michael and his wife Elaine. She is also survived by her grandchildren: Maria (Kevin), Michael (Anna), Ashley (Tyler), Kristina (Dan), Erica, Vanessa, Joseph; and her great-grandchildren: Sadie, Jordan, Brody, Milo, and Cameron. She was predeceased by her three sisters, Jean, Rose and Rachel.
A Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 14, 2026 from 1-5 pm at the Quinn-Hopping Funeral Home, 26 Mule Rd., Toms River. A Funeral Service will be celebrated on Monday, June 15, 2026 10 am at the funeral home. Interment will follow to Resurrection Cemetery, Staten Island, NY.
