Formerly of Guttenberg, NJ Elsie moved to Toms River in 1983. She was a member of the St. Maximilian Kolbe Church and the Altar Rosary Society. Elsie also served as a Eucharistic Minister for many years. She belonged to the Slovak Catholic Society, and was a life member of the VFW Post 8352 Ladies Auxiliary and served as their president for 24 years. She was a member of the First Aid Ladies Auxiliary, and a member of the Women's Club. She belonged to the Retired Seniors Volunteer Program S.W.A.N for 28 years.
She was predeceased by her childhood sweetheart Jimmy, and is survived by her two children; Wayne Morrison and his wife Elaine, Susan Morrison, her grandchildren; Dr. Jill Morrison Tucker and her husband Eric, James Morrison and his wife Jackie, and great grandchildren; Carson and Finn Tucker, and Elsie Morrison. She was also predeceased by her granddaughter Lisa.
