Enid Fallucca, 93, Toms River, NJ passed away May 20, 2019. Born July 20, 1925 to the late Harry and Edith (Jeffries) Bennett in the town of Wellingboro, England. As a warbride, she immigrated to Newark, NJ in 1945. She was a skilled seamstress who worked alongside her husband, Benjamin, for many years. She spent the last 4 decades in her home in Toms River, NJ. She was a member of the Presbyterian Church of Toms River. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, taking trips (especially to Atlantic City), gardening, reading and shopping. She could cook an entire holiday feast, bake for any occasion, sew an entire wardrobe, and walk for miles upon miles. She was independent, strong-willed and her memory will remain in the hearts of those who knew and loved her, forever.
She is predeceased by her husband, Benjamin, her son, Brian, and her brother, Geoffrey. She is survived by her eldest son, Gary, her daughters-in-law, Teresa and Mary Fran, her grandchildren Sean, Michelle, Jason and his wife, Ava, and their two children, Dylan and Esme (Enid’s great-grandchildren). She is also survived by her sister-in-law, Marion, and many nieces and nephews in England.
Visiting hours will be at Quinn Hopping Funeral Home on Wednesday, May 22nd from 4-8pm. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 23rd at 10am at the funeral home. Directly following the service, entombment will take place at Ocean County Memorial Park at 11:15.
