Erna Abella Loterena, 59, of Toms River, NJ, passed away on Monday October 6, 2014 at Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia, PA. Born in the Phillippines, she lived in Saudi Arabia for 10 years before moving to Toms River in 1993. She has worked as a registered nurse since 1977.
Erna is survived by her husband Victorino; three sons, Aaron, Joshua and Gabriel; a brother Gerry Abella; three sisters, Annie Refuncion and twins Vicky Abella and Vilma Abella Gicabao.
Visiting hours are being held on Thursday October 9, 2014 from 2 to 4 PM and 7 to 9 PM at Quinn-Hopping Funeral Home 26 Mule Road Toms River, NJ 08755. A Mass of Christian Burial is being celebrated on Friday October 10, 2014 at St. Joseph RC Church, Toms River at 10:00 AM. Cremation will be private.
