Born Felicia Masi in Newark, NJ, she had married Joseph Rinaldi, who passed and remarried Frank O’Keefe who passed as well.
Felicia was born in Newark,NJ to the late Pasquale and Conchetta Masi, their only child. She lived a long and sometimes hard life and yet loved and cared with everything she had.
Felicia is survived by her daughter Cynthia and her son in law Robert who was like a son, two beautiful grandchildren, Lauren and Robert Jr., grandson in law Ty and her four beautiful great grandchildren; Francesca, Emmett, Elliott and Everett who she loved with all her heart.

A Celebration of Felicia's Life will be celebrated on Sunday, August 31, 2025 from 1-3 pm at the Quinn-Hopping Funeral Home, 26 Mule Rd., Toms River, NJ. A funeral service will begin promptly at 2:30 pm.
