Florent Peeters, 88 of Whiting, NJ passed away after a brief illness on Saturday, March 11, 2023 at his home surrounded by his loving companion. Born in Belgium, Florent immigrated to Canada then the United States in the 1970's.
Florent was a self made Carpenter who loved woodworking and was often found in his garage making furniture and other wood works.
He was predeceased by his daughter AnnMarie and is survived by his loving companion Anita Hoffmann. Also surviving are his two sisters and his nieces and nephews.
Cremation was private and under the direction of Quinn-Hopping Funeral Home.
