Our sincere condolences and sympathy to all of the Cicci family. We were very saddened to learn of Frannie's passing. She was a wonderful lady who was very blessed to have such a loving family. Frances and her sister Phyllis were life long friends with our Mom, Rose Dellanno.
When we visited Fran and Joe in the last several years, she was always so kind, loving and always talked non-stop about her children, grand-children and great grand-children. She was a great baker and had enjoyed her holiday cookies very much.
May Frances be at eternal peace now with Joe and her loved ones who have passed on. She will be greatly missed!

Sending prayers of peace to the Cicci family. As best friends with her daughter, Linda, Mrs. C was like a second mom to me during my college years. May she rest in eternal peace 🙏🏻
