Frances Cultrera

Frances Cultrera, 61, of Manalapan, NJ passed away peacefully Saturday February 22, 2020 at Jersey Shore University Medical Center, Neptune, NJ. Born in Staten Island, NY, Frances had lived in Old Bridge and Manalapan. Frances worked alongside her sister-in-law at Susie’s Grooming as a Dog Groomer for many years. Frances had a love for all things Halloween, especially the color orange the brighter the better and visiting Salem, MA. She enjoyed camping and getting tattoos. Frances had the biggest heart you could ever have and will be missed tremendously by all who knew her.

Frances was predeceased by her daughter, Tiffanni Provino; her mother, Julia Cultrera; and her sister Lisa Cultrera. Surviving are her loving son, Anthony Provino of Newark, NJ; her brothers, Frank (Connie) Cultrera of Milton, Delaware and Joseph Cultrera of New City, New York. Frances is also survived by her nieces Nicole Dowding, Dana Plummer and Alisha Caprara and many other loving relatives.

A Memorial Service will be held Saturday February 29, 2020 from 2-4 pm at the Quinn-Hopping Funeral Home, 26 Mule Rd., Toms River, NJ 08755.
