Frances T. Marino

TOMS RIVER - Frances T. Marino died Saturday, April 17, 2021 at Good Samaritan Hospital, West Islip, NY. She was 94.

Born in Manhattan, she resided in Brooklyn before settling in Toms River over 10 years ago. For the past 7 years, she lived in Lindenhurst with her daughter, Maria and son-in-law, Carl.

Prior to retiring, Frances worked as a seamstress for many years. She was incredibly talented and helped to design and sew many gowns for family occasions. Frances was gracious, appreciative, and never complained. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.

She was predeceased by her loving husband, Frank, in 2014; her siblings: Jimmy, Jack, Charlie, Angie, Mary, and Danny; and her sons-in-law: Anthony and Louis.

Surviving are her children: Joann Farinella, Patrick Marino and his wife Phyllis, and Maria Pugliese and her husband Carl; her grandchildren: Maria (Matthew), Toniann (Lori), Michael (Jessica), Christopher, Paul (Brenda), Lori (Anthony), Patrick (Lauren), and James; her great-grandchildren: Aiden, Gianna, Anthony, Liliana and Sophia; and many other nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended family.

A private family visitation and funeral service will be held at Quinn-Hopping Funeral Home, Toms River, NJ. Interment will immediately follow at St. Joseph Cemetery, Toms River.
