Francis C Parsons III

Francis C. (Frank) Parsons III, 72, of Toms River passed away on Saturday October 19th, 2013 at Community Medical Center in Toms River. Born in Jersey City where he lived until 2009. Frank worked for Dura Test in Union City for 41 years. He then became an employee of Hudson County for the next eight years. Upon his retirement in 2009 he moved to Toms River. He was predeceased by his parents Francis C. and Concetta Parsons (nee Marcasiano) and his loving mother-in-law Maria Pietronicco (nee Verga). Surviving are his loving wife Mary Lou Parsons (nee Pietronicco) and his loving sisters Mary Lou Salzer and husband Frank S. Salzer and Celeste Giarratana and husband John Giarratana; brother-in-law Ralph Pietronicco and wife Sharon. Beloved uncle of Jennifer, Erica and Rick Salzer and his wife Karen (nee Bevill); Storri Dae (nee Wake) and husband Chrill Doll and Francesca Giarratana, Scott and Valerie Wake; great nieces and nephews Adam Blacine, Joshua Doll, Allison and Nicholas Wake and Rex and Ryder Salzer. Visitation will be Wednesday October 23rd, 2013 from 1-3pm and 6-8pm at the Quinn-Hopping Funeral Home 26 Mule Road, Toms River, NJ 08755.
