A mass of christian burial for Frank will be held Friday, July 7, 2023 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at St. Maximillian Kolbe Church, 130 St. Maximillian Lane, Toms River, NJ 08757. Following the mass of christian burial will be a committal service from 12:45 PM to 1:00 PM at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, 225 Ridgedale Ave, East Hanover, NJ 07936.
