I miss my brother so much. Our interactions were a comedy act 👍😇😁😂☺️

Jerry was a  truly kind man with a great sense of humor.  Always enjoyed his company and his ability to make one smile. 
Our special condolences to   his wife, Julie, brother , Richard , sister Maryann and the  children of this special man.

Let me tell you about my father-in-law, Gerald.
I met him back in 1986 when I started dating his daughter Lisa,  and from that day on, we had a very good  loving father-in- law to son relationship.
Having no father myself, Gerald filled in for me as a father. We have never had any unkind words between us, and he told me many times he was so happy at the way I took care of his daughter, Lisa, actually when I saw him 2 weeks ago, he told me that same thing. HIs family was his life.
What an unbearable loss to the families, the people he touched in his every day life, and his dogs that he loved like they were  his kids.
What a MAN he was, the perfect example of a loving, caring, generous man,  the best example in many is how he cared for his mother and father before they passed, He was there for them to the end and selfishness was not in his personally.
I learned so much on being a man from pops, to this day, If I can be half the man he was, It would be a blessing.

Pops, I promise I will continue to take care of your daughter, your grandkids and your great grandkids ,using all the life lesions on how to be a real man you taught me.
God bless you in heaven, I know for all the kind things you have done in life for your family, friends and all your loved ones, you will be rewarded by the lord in after life, and looking forward to all of us reuniting with you in haven as one, a big happy family in paradise.

Jerry you will be sorely missed. We have truly enjoyed your visits to ProCat.  We will miss you coming in for your morning coffee and to watch the Price Is Right. You always brought us something whether it was from your garden or just a little trinket - it always made us smile.  We send all our love to your family during this sad time. Jerry was a great person and friend to all.

I could fill a library with my memories of my brother. I remember how he loved his family 🤣 and his"doggies", they were part of his family also. I remember always looking up to him as my hero, that big tough guy so I thought. It came to my mind the day I left for the Air Force; as I later found out he spent the day and night crying, he was worried 😟 I would never be back. Yep!! the tough guy was the loving brother I'll always love and cherish. My precious brother, I'm hoping you got it right so that I can meet you again on the other side.🙏😇

I love you my brother, we had our moments growing up, I'll always remember us punching each others arms until we couldn't lift them,ooow did it hurt . On the lighter side I also reme.mber gathering your family and picking me up to go for joy rides in the middle of blizzard conditions up to the Orange Mountains, yep,we were a bit insane. I'm missing you but I live in hope of a reunion with you in the presence of Jesus Christ my Lord and Savior and pray that you had accepted HIS promises also. In Jesus love your brother,Rich ❤️.

Grandpa, I don’t even know what to say. I know the past couple months were rough for you and you handled it like a trooper no matter how tired you were. It sucks being so far away but when I came to visit you always made a point to come and see me. But it saddens me that sometimes we take time for granted and I never got any recent pictures of us. The kids thought you were hilarious. And I wish I could post half the stuff they laughed about with you but we will keep that to ourselves for now! Since the kids were lucky enough to have so many grandparents, they all had ways to tell each one apart. You were “peed the knee” grandpa. We were all together one day and taking a family picture. Evan was sitting on your lap and you lost your balance and you ended up kneeling on the wet grass! You made a big thing and told the kids how you “peed your knee”! Till this day the kids know you as “peed the knee” grandpa and crack up laughing thinking back on that day.  

Loved out little talks. You always made sure you told us how much you loved us and how proud of us you were! We love you and will miss you! 

As I go through thousands of pictures I have, I hope to add more of our memories with you! Rest Easy Grandpa! 

Julie and the entire family I am so sorry for your loss. May all your happy memories get you through this time of loss and sorrow.
