

Irving Isaac Levy, 93, of Toms River, New Jersey, passed away on March 15, 2026. Born January 1, 1933, in the Bronx, New York, Irving was kind-hearted, beloved, and generous, and will be remembered with deep respect and enduring affection.
Irving grew up in Brooklyn, New York, and later raised his family in Middlesex County, New Jersey.
A proud Korean War Veteran, he served in the United States Navy. Following his military service, Irving worked in sales in the garment industry in New York City.
Irving was married to the love of his life, Janet, whom he met while roller-skating. She predeceased him in 2024. He is survived by his two sons, Joseph Levy and Ronald Levy and his wife Jill; and his daughter, Numa Pillat and her husband Winfried Klimm. He is also survived by his five grandchildren: Raven, Orion, Alexandra, Jake, and Jessie; and his sister, Estelle Waters.
Irving enjoyed fishing, gardening, watching baseball—especially his beloved Yankees—and spending time BBQing. These simple pleasures reflected the steady, appreciative way he approached life and the people he loved.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 24, 2026 at the Quinn-Hopping Funeral Home, 26 Mule Rd., Toms River, NJ from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm with a service to begin promptly at 12 pm. Interment will follow to the Brig. Gen. Wm. C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Wrightstown, NJ for 2 pm.
