

Jean "Gina" Youmazzo Mueller of Toms River died peacefully at home on Wednesday June 6, 2012 while surrounded by her loving family. Born at Margaret Hague Hospital in Jersey City, NJ, Gina attended Union Hill High School in Union City where she enjoyed being captain of the majorettes. Gina was formerly of Millburn, NJ where she worked as a receptionist at the Robert D'or Salon for many years. Gina was an Air Force wife who travelled the United States for over twenty years with her husband. She and her family moved to Toms River in 1995.Gina loved to cook, especially during the holiday season. She loved her time in Toms River spending many summer days at the beach in Seaside Park and going to Atlantic City. Gina was a member of the VFW Post 9503 Ladies Auxiliary in Bayville, NJ. Gina's fondest passion was going to Key West, Florida and her favorite quote was -- "Drink No Wine before Its Time."
Gina was predeceased by her brother, Thomas Youmazzo. She is survived by her husband, Fritz "Fred" Mueller, her two sons, Anthony and his wife Bernadette Mueller of Brick and Nicholas G. Mueller of Florham Park, her brother William and his wife Patricia Youmazzo of Lynbrook, LI, 6 grandchildren and 4 great grand-children.
Visiting hours will be held on Saturday June 9, 2012 from 3-8 PM at Quinn-Hopping Funeral Home 26 Mule Road, Toms River, NJ 08755 where a funeral service will take place at 7:30 PM. Cremation will be private. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in her memory to the Hospice of New Jersey 40 Bey Lea Rd #A202 Toms River, NJ 08753.
