We are here to Celebrate our Dearest Friend Jerry Campbell. Even thought we have known him a very short time. He and I connected as if we’ve known, each other for many years. I knew when I first saw both he and Marlene standing outside # 5 Saint Christopher Court, they were going to move in. We four Maggie, I, Jerry & Marlene became friends. They are everyone’s friends.

Now! Jerry. I stand at Attention and Snap a Salute to one of the Finest Men I know and have been associated with in many ways to enumerate. We spoke for hours while we lived next door to each other and apart. Proud to say brother, friend and confidant in all matters of life. A Job Well Done!

We spoke of our trials, adventures, and yes even our misspent youth. There was never a day, a cross thought or words passed his lips. Always a smile and a laugh to pass on to each other. A friend is a friend when you can pick your last conversation whether it was last night or many weeks later. Our Jerry! "Renaissance Man!"

So! You choose an interesting branch of service. United States Air Force. Why? Because you are our High Flyer. The Wings Beneath Marlene, All of us in some way. You are The Light and Caring for Marlene now! You Are Shining The Way for, Inspiration, Loving Memories of YOU to help her carry on. 

Jerry! I said this many times. Thank you for everything you are! I will try to be more like you daily to pass on the gifts you shared with Us ALL. God Bless You! Maggie & Bob

I have no words to take away your pain. Just know how much you’re loved by your family and friends! I was devastated to hear this news and will see you when we celebrate Jerry’s life. 🙏💔

Deepest condolences to Marlene and the whole Campbell family.

It was always great to see Jerry when he came by the store, forever a smile on his face and a kind word shared. I appreciate how he beamed talking about his new found passion for painting and even showed me a few.

It was a pleasure Jerry, thanks for the memories. Rest easy. 

There are no words to express how I feel at the loss of  my brother in  law Jerry, my Bro as I always called him.  He was the most thoughtful, caring and sincere man . He was always ready to lend a helping hand. Jerry, my sister and I were the three musketeers.  We did so much together and you could bet there was always laughter involved.  My heart is breaking for my sister.  It hurts knowing that I won't see Jerry anymore.   Until we meet again my BRO.  May  you rest peacefully in the Lord's arms.  Love your Sis, Paula.

We are so sorry to hear about Jerry passing, he was such a gentle man. We know love is eternal, may your memories of Jerry fill your days with joy and his art make you smile. I will miss hearing his voice when I call. It was a privilege to be his friend, he will always be remembered.

His light and love will radiate in the hearts of all who knew him and we will remember him always with beautiful and fond memories.  Jerry was  gentle, caring and kind and so  loved by everyone.  He will be greatly missed.

I met Jerry and His wife at my wedding to his brother Wayland in 2010.  He became my brother - in- law that day and a sweet new friend and special person in my life!  He was a sweet man who kept in touch with us over the years and even painted a beautiful lighthouse portrait for me that we cherish in our home.  He was a lovely man and the world is less bright without him.  He loved Marlene and she will carry that love with her now in her sweet heart!  Gone from our sight … but always in our hearts and memories.
