

He leaves behind his devoted wife, Marlene, his son, Nicholas, his daughter, Heather and family and his son Mark and family. Also his step-children, Anthony, Sherri and her life partner, Christian. His loving grandchildren, Alessandro, Anthony Jr, Olivia and Christian. He will also be dearly missed by his brother Wayland, Mary Kay, his sister-in-law (Wayland’s wife), and his sister-in-law, Paula.
Jerry served his country in the United States Air Force and is a Viet Nam Veteran. He started working for UPS when he was discharged from the military and drove the double tractor trailers until he retired in 2002.
Jerry was a loving, kind and thoughtful man. In retirement he became interested in the arts. And in recent years he wrote poetry and created lots of beautiful paintings. One of his paintings “The Tree of Life”, hangs in the office of Monmouth Medical Center Southern Campus Infusion Center.
A celebration of Jerry’s life will be held on Saturday March 5, 2022 from 2-4 PM at Quinn-Hopping Funeral Home 26 Mule Road Toms River, NJ 08755.
