Josephine Maggio Abbatemarco age 93 of Berkeley Twp. died Tuesday December 23rd. She was a member of the Holiday City at Berkeley First Aid Squad during the late 80's and early 90's. Josephine was a parishioner of St. Maximilian Kolbe R.C. Church, Berkeley Twp. and an active member of the Holiday City West community. She was born and lived in North Bergen before moving to Holiday City West 30 years ago. She was predeceased be her first husband Anthony Maggio and her second husband Joseph Abbatemarco. Surviving is her 3 sons and daughters in law Thomas and Katarina Maggio, Tony and Lois Maggio and Jeffrey and Carla Maggio, 8 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. Visiting will be Monday from 2-4 & 7-9 pm at the Quinn-Hopping Funeral Home 26 Mule Rd. Toms River. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered 10:30am Tuesday at St. Maximilian Kolbe R.C. Church, Berkeley Twp. Entombment will follow at Fairview Cemetery, Fairview.
