TOMS RIVER – Louis “Gigi” Rosa, 84, of Holiday City passed away on Tuesday, May 11, 2021, after a valiant battle with bone cancer.
Born in the Netherlands on January 1, 1937, he was raised in Maniago, Italy and emigrated to the Nutley, New Jersey in 1962. He settled in the Holiday City Community of Toms River in 2004.
Prior to retiring, Louis worked as a mechanic for Mosaic & Terrazzo Funds for 38 years. The beloved husband of Rosanna Rosa, brother of Francesco and Norma, and uncle to many loving nieces and nephews. He will be deeply missed.
A visitation will be held on Friday, May 14, 2021 from 3-7PM at Quinn-Hopping Funeral Home, 26 Mule Road, Toms River. A service will be held in conjunction with the visitation at 6:30PM. Cremation will be private.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Louis’s name to the American Cancer Society, www.cancer.org.
